I am Liz. My background is in Disability and Community Services with the qualification of Diploma in Children's Services and Cert 4 in Training and Assessment (First Aid & CPR Trainer).

Due to my work background, qualifications, and lived experience with a child with complex needs, I am particularly strong in working with Mental Health and High Needs care.

As a person-centered facilitator with a sense of humor, I can help my participants reach their NDIS and life goals.

The attributes I possess that make me a good support worker include patience, flexibility, understanding, and care.

My strong nature allows me to adapt to the physical demands of the job.

In addition, I respect cultures, religions, and diverse beliefs without judgment.

I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, playing board games, arts and crafts,, and shopping as hobbies.
