Hi! I'm Aaron. My background is in Health, Disability, and Community Services with the qualification of Assistant In Nursing (AIN).
As a result of my work background and qualifications, I am particularly strong in mental health and high-needs care.

My person-centered facilitation style and sense of humor will enable my participants to reach their NDIS goals.

Patience, flexibility, understanding, and care are some of the attributes I possess that make me a good support worker. Adaptability is my strong suit.

In addition, I respect cultures, religions, and diverse beliefs without judgment.

I enjoy being outdoors, surfing, playing guitar (I love music), reading, and cooking.
