I am Ross, a Support Worker here at Project Make Lemonade.

I am a passionate support worker with the goal of improving lives and connecting with people who need support.

Through my client base, I've been able to improve my skills and knowledge considerably.

The areas of specialization I have are mental health and intellectual disability with children, adolescents, and adults.

I am able to assist our participants in reaching their NDIS and life goals with a sense of humor and a person-centered approach.
