Hi there,

I am Tara. My background is in Health, Disability, and Community Services with the qualification of a bachelor's degree in Paramedical Science, and pursuing my bachelor's in nursing (RN) (currently at the Assistant in Nursing level- AIN).

Due to my work background, qualifications, and lived experience with a child with complex needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder), I am particularly strong in working with Mental Health and High Needs care.

As a person-centered facilitator with a sense of humor, I can help my participants reach their NDIS and life goals.

The attributes I possess that make me a good support worker include patience, flexibility, understanding, and care.

I enjoy being outdoors, playing with my 5 sons, watching football, swimming at the beach and creek, playing puzzles and scuba diving.
